This is a nipple ruler download for at home flange sizing! Once printed, fold the ruler along the fold line and cut out the circles. Open the page up and then find the hole that fits securely around the nipple with no areola showing.

Print on A4/letter paper at 100% scale for accurate measurements. Make sure you do not 'scale to fit' - select 'full size' or 100% in your print menu.
