I have been using the 15mm flange for about a week now with my spectra and I the fit is perfect. I love how big the flange is that stays in place making it comfortable in my pumping sessions at home or in my car I don’t worry about spills or having to hunch over. Bonus I have seen a larger output of milk while using this flange in 15min pumping sessions. This is a much needed product if you pump it’s thick and durable making pump sessions pain free. Note the 15mm flange guys perfect in 24mm

I do not recommend this product, first of all it doesn’t fit to the breast properly and then it keeps coming off the adapter. Not useful and a waste of money
So far unable to try the product but customer service has been great! I purchased the wrong size due to not seeing the 18s listed in the sizes on the website, and they are willing to exchange for me right away. Can’t wait to try these.
